Liberty, Indiana is on the edge of this storm. Overnight we had rain, now we have thick ice, and we may or may not get snow. We will get colder.
Or Jesus may come back. Unapologetically, I really do believe he might break through any moment in time and say “Enough is enough, already.” It is the greatest of expectations, the most exciting way to live, knowing at any moment one’s life here may end.
Ask a cancer survivor. Living on the edge of life can be as great an adventure as any other and more profound than most. If once you can let go of the fear, dare the devil to steal one minute of the adventure. He’ll only take what you’ll let him have.
This is a day for constant prayer on behalf of those who are not sheltered and warmed. It is always a day to pray for awareness that God has plans and adventures for us in the warmth of the sun or the breath of the clouds.
Ciao,
Tracy
